Well I&#8217;ve compiled a few meals that I&#8217;ve used to get me through the day. Here&#8217;s 10 possible ideas that you can use:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.farmingdale.edu\/sites\/rambassadors\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2015\/01\/car-drive-food.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-2291 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.farmingdale.edu\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/car-drive-food-300x187.jpg\" alt=\"car-drive-food\" width=\"425\" height=\"265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogsdev.farmingdale.edu\/sites\/rambassadors\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2015\/01\/car-drive-food-300x187.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogsdev.farmingdale.edu\/sites\/rambassadors\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2015\/01\/car-drive-food.jpg 460w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 425px) 100vw, 425px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>1. Ramen Noodles: ready in 10 minutes from the microwave and you can use it in different recipes (e.g. beef &amp; broccoli or mac n&#8217; cheese)<\/p>\n<p>2. PB&amp;J: quick and easy to make and it&#8217;s not too messy to eat while you&#8217;re driving to school<\/p>\n<p>3. Oatmeal-to-go: in a cup and add water and microwave for a few minutes (the Dollar Tree sells them)<\/p>\n<p>4. Yogurt: easy to transfer and store in a lunch tote. Most stores have a brand on sale (from 10\/$10 to 10\/$4.40)<\/p>\n<p>5. Tuna &amp; Crackers: quick to make and easy to eat between classes. It is also very filling when using crackers instead of making a Tuna-fish sandwich.<\/p>\n<p>6. Leftovers: when cooking dinner at home, set aside some of your meal for tomorrows lunch. You can microwave it to warm it up at school.<\/p>\n<p>7. Frozen Dinners: Purchase some meals from the Dollar Tree or other local store and cook it before you leave in the morning and warm it up in during your break.<\/p>\n<p>8. Protein Bars: Any type of bar (Nutrifruit, Special K, Breakfast Bars, etc.) is easy to transport, quick to eat as you run from one class to another throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p>9. Shakes: although they are not meals, they can hold you over until you have a big break between classes to get food. You can make them at home and use protein, fruits and vegetables to make it healthier.<\/p>\n<p>10. Cereal: There are many ways to eat it. If you have time, in a bowl with milk. With fruit on the side or in the bowl.
